INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE

we will make a puree CLASSIC . We cook potatoes, and crush with milk and butter to our liking. Season with salt and pepper, add a OIL TOUCH ( LIGHT SO AS NOT TO SATURATE ) of truffle oil and we reserve. Another alternative to truffle oil is to use one of our best selling sauces. Truffle Sauce with Black Truffle that will give a really special touch to this recipe.
On the other hand, we poach the eggs, either by wrapping them in plastic wrap, or directly in boiling water with a splash of vinegar. We cook them for 4 minutes and take them out.
We will assemble the plate in a glass. In the bottom we will put the puree, on top the egg, and for REMOVE THE WORD ABOVE We crowned with straw potatoes and ham cubes. We have also added some toasted bread sticks for dipping that are delicious.
