Tasting note:

It came with a deep ruby ​​color. We are dealing with vintages of an Atlantic style that suggest fresh notes on the nose, framed in the classic bouquet of this wine. On the palate it presents itself with a fine attack, a firm mid palate, without stridency and a finish marked by minerality. The prolonged aging in barrels gives elegant sapid nuances throughout the journey. Pairs perfectly with all kinds of red meats, game meats, stews, roasts and lamb.
