Fefiñanes Herbs Pomace

The Fefiñanes pomace, chosen in 2018 as the Best National Spirit by the Spanish Association of Wine Journalists and Writers, comes from the distillation of fresh Albariño pomace from the Fefiñanes winery.

As soon as they are harvested, they are immediately distilled in discontinuous copper stills, to maintain their purity and preserve their delicious aromas. Once distilled, they are infused with natural Galician herbs for the herbal liqueur or left to rest in Galician oak barrels for aging, obtaining a product of a quality that is difficult to match.

Alcoholic degree: 35% Vol.

Bottle: 50cl.

Tasting note:

Bright yellow color, with greenish flashes. On the nose it is very elegant and harmonious, with delicate nuances of herbs, flowers and a slight balsamic touch. Balanced, sweet and persistent on the palate.
