Produced in the Fins Bois region, surrounding the Grand and Petit Champagne lands, with 100% organic Ugni Blanc grapes, with vine roots that grow on calcareous soil, this variety provides an intense and refined flavor. Made with the cooperation between the producer, Lepold Gourmel and the Norwegian Jon Bertelsen, Symphonye XO is a mix of different years.
