St. Petroni, is born from ancestral winemaking techniques, from the elaboration of the best Albariño on lees, from the recovery of the magical plant, wormwood, and from the wisdom of our ancestors and their maceration techniques.

Tasting note

Pale yellow in color, mineral touches, citrus and herbaceous notes can be appreciated on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and balanced with a broad and elegant aftertaste.
