Laurel 2019

Daphne Glorian was one of the people who contributed more than 30 years ago to the Priorat wine renaissance. From her Clos i Terrasses winery, located in Gratallops, the Swiss oenologist produces one of the appellation's most sought-after wines: Clos Erasmus. Laurel is his second great wine, a blend of the youngest vineyards and some of the batches that are not part of the first great wine. Mainly Garnacha, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon that fermented in cement and oak tanks with indigenous yeasts, and were aged for 16 months in used barrels and amphorae. A red from a dry vintage with low yields.
