José Pariente Verdejo is the maximum and authentic expression of the autochthonous variety. The freshest and most elegant statement, made from 30-year-old vines and a selection of old vines. Its aroma offers us the minerality of the stony soil of the area, combined with nuances of fennel, anise, white fruit and stone fruit. On the palate it is unctuous, sweet and elegant, with a soft touch of bitterness at the end, characteristic of the Verdejo variety. A complex and intense wine. The logo of the house.

Tasting note:
José Pariente Verdejo is a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Complex, fresh, elegant and high intensity aroma. It has a markedly fruity tone that covers the range of white fruits and citrus. They are also memories of fennel and garrigue on an aniseed balsamic background. All this on a mineral memory. In the mouth, fresh fruity notes appear again. Unctuous and elegant, with a slight bitter touch at the end, typical of Verdejo, backed by good acidity. Very good structure favors a persistent wine. Complex and intense aftertaste.
