San Román Malvasía 2017 is a white wine produced under the DO Toro by the San Román wineries (Bodegas Mauro) using only Malvasía grapes from the oldest vineyards that the winery has in the Zamora town of Morales de Toro. An excellent white with a limited production of only about 1,300 bottles are sold.

Alcoholic degree: 14.5% Vol.

Tasting note:

Straw yellow color. On the nose, a high intensity of stone fruit and saline is perceived. On the palate it is tasty, dry, long, saline, with oxidative notes.
