The EVOO Artajo 8 Arbequina Bio. 1L, is a very special and unique organic olive oil, which is why we have a very limited quantity. It is made with streaky olives, collected during the months of October and November. It has an intense green color and a compact and cloudy appearance.
On the palate it has a soft and light entry with a pleasant aftertaste. It is a perfect olive oil to use raw, with salads, on pasta or bread, for emulsions, sauces, vegetables and fish.
To make a liter of this oil, up to 8 kilos of olives are necessary.
