Belsazar Rosé .75 cl

Selected 100% Black Forest Pinot noir grapes form the basis of Belsazar Rosé. 75 cl, the extracts of herbs, spices, flowers and peels that make it up are as varied as the neighborhoods of Berlin. Their secret is that they use fruit spirits produced by the family-owned Schladerer distillery in the Black Forest.

The aging process can last up to three months. It is stored in neutral barrels to allow the liquid to develop its range of complex aromas, allowing the ingredients to meld together, without the aromas of a wooden barrel.

Alcoholic degree: 17.5% Vol.

Bottle: 75cl.

Tasting note:

It is a pink aperitif. On the palate it is bittersweet offering a harmonious blend of pink grapefruit, orange blossom and orange blossom with a finish of raspberry and currant.
