Sardines of the Sardina pilchardus variety are made fresh and with the 'a la Antigua' recipe from Conservas Ortiz. Captured between the months of August and November, with purse seine fishing and preferably at dawn to guarantee its best flavor.

Once opened, to keep all its flavor for up to two days, we recommend keeping the Sardines in the refrigerator, preferably covered and totally submerged in their oil, adding more if necessary.
