Ar de Arte brings us mussels from the Galician estuaries bathed in pickled sauce. These mussels come from the Ría de Arousa, considered the best area in the world to extract mussels. They are cultivated in rafts, a traditional autochthonous system that respects the natural growth of this delicacy. Each piece is selected for its quality and cleaned one by one manually.
