Rooftop Smokehpuse presents these Gildas Ahumadas in an artisanal way, a modern version of the classic Basque skewer.

La Gilda is a skewer or banderilla that is traditionally served as a tapa in the Basque Country and contains anchovies, olives and pickled chilli peppers, making it a very fresh appetizer but with the exact touch of acidity, perfect for the most classic palates.

Ingredients: anchovy, olives, chamomile, sunflower oil, piparra, white wine vinegar, E330 and salt.
