The Cocochas in Extra Virgin Olive Oil are carefully and artisanally prepared by Eutimio, author of this succulent preserve. The cocochas are the most precious part of the hake. It is located right at the bottom of its head, hence its difficulty and high gastronomic value, since we can only obtain one cococha per hake.
These come from the Cantabrian area and are packaged together with a good splash of extra virgin olive oil, the result is a Premium recipe and ready to be tasted on any type of occasion.
They are ideal to taste as a starter or appetizer. You can also prepare a succulent rice, using its oil for the stir-fry, incorporating the rice and placing the cocochas on top just before serving.

Hake cocochas 55%, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt and chilli.
