José Páez Lobato makes Capirete Vinagre Reserva that has never been lacking in our store. Made with palomino grapes, it is aged for 50 years in American oak barrels. Its peculiar aroma, of deep acidity, contains, in addition to notes of old wine, the memory of its prolonged aging in oak wood. This is where its round, broad, dry flavor comes from, balanced with an acid and prolonged aftertaste, with notes of nuts and spices.
