Bravo Tea Pai Mu Tan Imperial, China.

The Pai Mu Tan Imperial has a very low production level. It is grown in Fuding County, Fujian Province and harvested when the buds are fully grown and about to open. The leaves are dark green with white tips, a requirement for quality white teas. The color of the infusion is pale yellow and crystalline, its aroma is floral and refreshing and its taste is sweet and velvety. It is an excellent afternoon tea.
