Aalto Blanco de Parcela 2019 is the latest novelty from Mariano García and the first white he has produced in the Ribera del Duero. Exclusively Verdejo from the Fuente de las Hontanillas plot located in Quintanilla de Arriba (Valladolid). An elegant and sophisticated version of the Verdejo, with a nose of white fruits and a hint of slightly toasted wood that gives it time in the barrel, and a voluminous mouthfeel with an unctuous and fresh texture. A white to enjoy from now on or to keep for more than 5 years in your private cellar.
