Inniskillin Sparkling Ice Wine
Inniskillin is an "Ice Wine" or ice wine with the singularity that it is sparkling, which ferments 2 times, which is produced in Ontario, Canada. This ice wine is not harvested until the temperature drops to at least -8ºC or -10ºC degrees, freezing the water and having the grapes a higher concentration of acidity and sugar. After its first, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 3 months.

Tasting note:
Straw yellow, clean and bright with fine bubbles. Primary aromas of fruits such as lime, orange and peach. Creamy, fresh mouth and long aftertaste with notes of honey.
