Don Px Harvest

Don PX Harvest is a sweet wine from the DO Montilla-Moriles, produced by the Toro de Albalá winery, a winery that is almost 100 years old, founded in 1922 and which is located in Aguilar de la Frontera, in the southwest of the province of Cordova. For its elaboration, 100% of the Pedro Ximénez variety is used, which is left to dry in the sun just after the harvest, in this way they become raisins. After raisining, the grape juice is extracted by pressing and a partial fermentation is carried out to which rectified wine alcohol is added.

tasting note

Amber rum greenish reflections. Intense nose of pacified fruits, notes of caramel and light citrus. Enveloping mouth, great balance between sweetness and acidity. Final chocolate aftertaste.
