Cadiz bread

Cádiz bread is one of those sweets that is not lacking in the store when Christmas arrives. Made up of several layers of marzipan (ground almonds with sugar), sweet potato, candied yolk and delicious candied fruit inside. Made with the traditional recipe of Turrones La Colmena. Once the shape of each Cádiz bread is made, it is baked for the exact time with an optimal level of humidity that prevents the marzipan from being dry, something common in industrialists.
