Nougat Stuffed Almonds.

Nougat-filled almonds are one of those little-known products, but they have been in the La Colmena catalog for years.

Buying almonds stuffed with nougat is something very traditional in Jijona and in the province of Alicante, since children love them and it is a perfect sweet to take with them as a snack.

These almonds are stuffed with artisan nougat. They are filled one by one with stone nougat and then bagged one by one so that they always stay fresh.

The nougat that is used is stone nougat, without preservatives, without honey and without eggs.

Ingredients:

Stone nougat (Toasted almond (50%), Sugar, Lemon flavor) and Wafer (Wheat flour, Corn starch, Soy lecithin (E322), Sodium bicarbonate (E500ii), Titanium dioxide (E171), Acid sorbic (E200)).
