Bodegas ALONSO begins its journey in the Marco de Jerez with three "encastes" of oxidative aging wines of the highest quality and age in their categories. It belongs to Jerez wines . These inserts are made up of the ancient soleras of Pedro Romero, Gaspar Florido and Fernando Méndez. The wines from these soleras are world-renowned and unique for their age and top quality.

Contains:

1 Bottle of Palo Cortado 1/8. An authentic jewel for lovers of generous antiques from the Jerez area. The origin is from a solera by Fernándo Méndez. Vinified entirely from Palomino grapes. It has an average aging of between 35 and 40 years in 600-liter American oak casks. Exquisite from start to finish, this Palo Cortado from Jerez-Xérès-Sherry has no waste.

1 Bottle of Oloroso 1/14. From a Pedro Romero solera with an average age of about 40 years. It was fortified at 17% and went through a long aging process that gave the wine extra alcohol, elegance and sharpness. These wines come from much older soleras that the Asencio brothers bought from the remains of Pedro Romero's winery. It is bottled unfiltered.

1 Bottle of Amontillado 1/15. This wine is simply amazing. Despite being from kennels, they are over 50 years old. It is bottled unfiltered.
