CVNE Viña Real Reserve

The hundred-year-old Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE) launched the Viña Real brand in the 1920s, being one of the pioneers in the production of wines aged in oak barrels in this area. A careful balance between tradition and modernity have defined the form and substance of Viña Real. Now he presents us with a wine made from high-quality plots located in Rioja Alavesa and harvested manually.

Tasting note:

Ruby red color, Bordeaux, clean and bright with good intensity. On the nose it denotes intense aromas of long persistence. Very ripe red fruit appears, well combined with notes from its aging in barrels such as roasted, spicy and smoked. In the mouth, a very well structured wine is appreciated, those aromas observed in the nose reappear, complex notes of stewed fruit and fine oak. Wine with a long finish that will evolve very positively in the bottle with a long aging potential.
Pairing: All kinds of meats and oily fish.
