Thousand Flower Honey

This rich honey is called a Thousand Flowers because it is produced from spring to early summer, and there are so many varieties of flowers that bloom at that time of year that none prevails. The taste of honey varies from one place to another. In this case, the bees feed on the various flowers in the Hoces del Gabriel Natural Park and produce fresh, clear honey.
