Talking about Panettone Vergani is talking about the history of a family business that has been producing Panettones for seven decades in Milan. It all started in 1944, in a small pastry shop in Viale Monza, Milan. Angelo Vergani, a young entrepreneur who loved baking as much as his hometown, decided to start his own business. Milan lived difficult years and the sound of the bombings still echoed in the sky, but his desire to start over and his passion for his work were stronger than any bomb. Due to his use of natural ingredients and his constant search for quality, “Mr. Vergani” soon became known and appreciated among his fellow citizens, and specialized in the production of the authentic Milanese Panettone. Currently, they produce 600,000 Panettone loaves a year, all of them are made according to an old tradition, with the same traditional method, and following the original recipe.

Emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract, 47% cocoa, Butter (milk), sugar, ground-raised chicken egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour and water) Orange paste (orange peel, syrup glucose, fructose, sugar) Honey, Emulsifiers: monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt Whole milk powder - natural vanilla aroma. May contain nuts and mustard.
