Ish

Always traditional, never conservative. Under this premise, a twist has been added to the traditional concept of a London Dry Gin. Adding in -ish an extra hint of juniper. A balanced recipe, without excesses, with British reminiscence, versatile to give life to the most authentic Gin & Tonics and Dry Martinis.

Tasting note

Lots of pine and juniper flavor. Pretty sharp, but not too hard. Juniper gives way to a sharp orange note. Ish has notes of coriander on the nose and palate. The palate is remarkably traditional and quite pleasant. The finish is bitter and a bit dry, with lingering hints.
