The Macallan 12

By maturing exclusively in oak casks that have previously housed sherry from Jerez (Spain), our intense, fruity and full-bodied “new creation” spirit transforms into a classic single malt. Once refilled, the spirit ages undisturbed in the same barrels for 12 years, until creating this intense and complex whiskey that is characterized by its notes of spices and dried fruit as well as its natural dark golden color.

Alcoholic degree: 40-43% Vol.

Bottle: 70cl.

Tasting note

Dark golden. It is complex on the nose with hints of vanilla. On the palate it is smooth, medium balanced with fruit, oak and spices, with a long finish of sweet dried fruit, oak and spices.
