Fig Jam is a dazzling alchemy of the best and most natural fig with a select reduction of fruit vinegar and Port wine. Excellent as a condiment to accompany cheeses, foie gras and other select pâtés. It combines perfectly with soft, creamy and fresh cheeses, semi-mature cheeses, strong cheeses and blue-veined cheeses. You can use it with a Ricotta or Mozzarella, Brie, Camembert, Jarlsberg and soft Swiss cheeses. Ideal with mature Cheddar cheese, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Gouda.
