Toledo marzipan paste filled with candied yolk. Molded in the shape of an empanada and baked until it obtains its characteristic golden color.
Ingredients: Sugar, almond , Egg whole (5.2%), glucose and fructose syrup, egg yolk egg (2.23%) Preservative (sorbic acid), acidulant (citric acid), potassium tartrate, pectin.
