Martin Miller's 9 Moons

9 Moons gin is aged in oak barrels. These are filled with highly concentrated Martin Miller's gin and aged for nine months, or nine moons, in our Borgarnes cellar in Iceland. Some 2,000 numbered bottles are extracted from each barrel, one by one, which are later mixed at source with spring water from Iceland until a 40% alcohol content is obtained.

Alcoholic degree: 40% Vol.

Bottle: 35cl.

Tasting note:

Light amber in color. On the nose the sweet aroma of vanilla is noticeable, and the botanicals of which juniper stands out. On the palate its characteristic citric flavor is appreciated and balanced with a slight touch of oak from its barrel aging.
