Strawberry jam.

Strawberry jam, the Tiptree classic, made from a treasured recipe. It is a wonderful well balanced jam.

Made in small batches in copper bottom pans, it has a great overall strawberry flavor.

The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and have been making quality preserves there since 1885.

They grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make preserves and seasonings in their factory.

The products are made according to cherished recipes and contain no artificial colors or flavors. They inspect and prepare the fruit by hand and then cook it in small batches using traditional copper-bottomed pans.

They received the first Royal Warrant from George V in 1911, and remain Royal Warrant holders as suppliers of Tiptree products to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
