Finca Socueva's citrus jam is made with 100% natural fruits from the farm in Cades, in the Nansa Valley of Cantabria. All of them contain more than 63 grams of fruit per 100 of product, reaching, in some cases, up to 76 grams of fruit. For this reason, production depends on the year's harvest. They are made with FRUCTOSE, which enhances the flavor of each fruit. They are cooked over low heat, for the time necessary for them to acquire the optimum consistency and maximum flavor. No thickeners, no acidulants, no colorants or preservatives are added.
