Artisan wafers

Of remote origin, these artisan wafers made from a paste made with flour, without yeast, sugar and heated in molds, received the figure of a boat (hence its name) and which today is more common in joint shapes. Its consumption has been widespread since the Middle Ages, appearing both on the tables of kings and nobles as well as on street stalls within the reach of the humblest. The figure of the waffle maker is still popular today.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower), vegetable fat (shea), emulsifier (NON GMO soy lecithin), sodium bicarbonate, salt and cinnamon. Contains gluten and traces of soy. Does not contain milk or egg
