Gran Bassano Vermouth

For the elaboration of its wines, Poli Destellerie uses a distillation flask made entirely of copper, which is one of the few that still exist from discontinuous steam boilers. During the preparation, more than 20 different spices are added, with shelf flower, sea buckthorn and local plants from the Bassano area being the most prominent.

tasting note

It has an intense bouquet of spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is sweet and full-bodied, with spicy notes and a pleasant bitter finish.
